Warranty Coverage
All our products are backed by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions. If you encounter any issues with your product during this period, please reach out to us so we can assist you.
Please note that any items repaired or replaced under this warranty will continue to be covered for the remainder of the original 6-month warranty period. Sitting Buck reserves the right to determine whether a product will be repaired or replaced based on the nature and extent of the defect. Replacement items are subject to availability; if the original item is discontinued or unavailable, we reserve the right to provide a replacement with a similar item of equal value.
How to File a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, simply email us at gear@sittingbuck.africa with the following details:

A description of the problem you are experiencing

Photos that clearly show the defect

Your proof of purchase
Once we receive your claim, our team will review the information and inspect the product. If we determine that the issue is repairable, we will take care of the repairs at no extra cost. If the item is beyond repair, we will provide a replacement at our expense.
Exclusions from Warranty
While we strive to ensure all our products meet high-quality standards, the following situations are not covered under our warranty:

Normal Wear and Tear: Frayed edges, deteriorating stitching or worn-out soles that occur through regular use over time.

Damage Due to Improper Use or Handling: Damage resulting from improper handling, misuse or failure to use the product as intended.

Insufficient Care or Maintenance: Deterioration due to insufficient care or improper maintenance of the product.

Sizing and Fit Issues: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the correct fit before using the product. For sizing assistance, please consult our Size Guide.

Comfort-Related Matters: Comfort issues that are not associated with manufacturing flaws.

Claims Beyond the Warranty Period: Warranty claims made after the stated warranty period has lapsed.

Environmental Exposure: Damage resulting from exposure to extreme conditions, such as prolonged sun, excessive moisture, chemical contact or sea air.

Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: This warranty does not cover products that have been altered or repaired by anyone other than Sitting Buck or an authorized repair provider.

Purchases from Unauthorized Sellers: Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or secondary markets, including online platforms and thrift shops.
