Returns & Exchanges

 

Standard Exchanges

  • If your Sitting Buck products are unworn and in a resellable condition, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original items to us, regardless of whether you choose a courier service or the Pudo locker-to-locker service.

First-Time Exchange

  • For your first exchange, we will cover the cost of dispatching the replacement pair back to you.

Repeat Exchanges

  • For subsequent exchanges on the same order, you will be responsible for all courier fees to return the items to us and for dispatching the exchanged pairs.

Conditions for Exchanges

  • Items must be in their original undamaged packaging and show no signs of wear. We cannot accept exchanges on products that have been altered in any way. Proof of purchase is required for all exchange requests.

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • We do not offer exchanges on sale or clearance items.

Refunds

Standard Refunds

  • If you decide to return your Sitting Buck Vellies or gear, we offer refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will only be processed once we have received the items in their original, unworn condition along with the proof of purchase.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable and you will be responsible for the cost of sending the items back to us.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be made via the payment platform used to place the order (e.g. Paystack, EFT).

  • Please ensure that the items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We will not be able to process refunds for items that are damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards and custom or personalized orders are not eligible for refunds.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you have received an incorrect item or a product with a defect, please contact us at gear@sittingbuck.africa within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and any relevant photos of the items. We will be more than happy to arrange for a replacement or refund. We will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement of the incorrect or defective items, provided they are inspected and verified to be defective and not a result of neglect.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email gear@sittingbuck.africa with your order number, details of your return/exchange and any relevant photos of the items if necessary.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.

  3. Shipping: Please send your items back to us using a reliable, trackable courier service or Pudo locker-to-locker service. We recommend keeping your receipt and tracking number for reference.
